Peter Obi Applauds two Nigerian Women’s Achievements

Peter Obi, former presidential candidate of the Labour party, has congratulated two remarkable Nigerian women for their outstanding achievements.

In a recent statement on X(formerly Twitter), Peter Obi highlighted the achievements of two remarkable Nigerian women, saying, “Today, I am delighted to celebrate two outstanding Nigerian-born female personalities…”

Princess Oluchukwu Owowoh, who recently graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, becoming the first Nigerian Female Officer Cadet there, was among those celebrated.

Regarding Eni Aluko, who made history as the First Black Female Football Club Owner in Italy, Obi remarked, “Eni Aluko, a former sports director for Aston Villa and Angel City, is reported to have now become the first black female football club owner in Italy.”

Obi emphasized the significance of their achievements, stating, “Their success stories are also clear reminders that with visionary leadership, our very talented youths will be able to thrive and achieve their full potential.”
