Chima Anyaso Celebrates Democracy Day, Commends Abia Lawmakers for Commitment to Good Governance

Businessman and political advocate, Dr. Chima Anyaso, has joined millions of Nigerians in commemorating this year’s Democracy Day, using the occasion to highlight the values of leadership, unity, and shared responsibility in nation-building.

In a goodwill message shared on Wednesday, Dr. Anyaso reflected on a recent private meeting he hosted at his Lagos residence with the Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Emeruwa, and the Majority Leader, Hon. Okoro Uchenna Kalu, alongside some of their associates.

He described the evening as one of “rich conversation, shared meals, and deep reflections on the future of Abia State and Nigeria at large.”

Dr. Anyaso used the opportunity to encourage the lawmakers to continue supporting Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, and to uphold the dignity and integrity of the legislative chambers they represent.

Celebrating their commitment to democracy and good governance, he called on citizens across the country to “keep hope alive,” stressing that Nigeria’s democratic journey requires unity, sacrifice, and visionary leadership.

“Our democracy is a shared responsibility,” he stated. “With collective effort and strong leadership, Nigeria will continue to progress.”

He concluded his message with blessings for Abia State and Nigeria, while extending heartfelt wishes to all Nigerians on the occasion of Democracy Day.
